We use a Deck Scrubber with a PSI of 4,000 to power wash concrete. This is the highest possible pressure concrete surfaces can withstand. The high pressure opens the pores of the concrete giving it the most thorough cleaning available. After power washing, we apply BASF Master Protect 400 Penetrating Sealer which absorbs into the opened pores to stop chloride intrusion. This product preserves and extends the life of your concrete.
